* Heading the Renewable Energy Division, together with one more Executive Director; the RE division focuses on engineering, studies and implementation supervision services for wind and solar projects, small hydro, biomass and waste-to-energy technologies.
* Strategic development of the division.
* Planning and being responsible for the achieving of important KPIs of the Division: order intake, revenue, profit, cash flow.
* Lead and support a team of engineers and project managers.
* Troubleshooting in projects.
* Build and maintain client relationships.
* Lead contract negotiations with clients and/or donors.
* Leading selected projects as project manager.
* Report to the intec Managing Board (MB).
* Lead and manage renewable energy proposals and projects.
A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
* University degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
* At least 10 years of proven professional experience in Engineering and technical Consulting, of this several years of experience as project manager and expert in consulting with donors or international finance institutes.
* Several years of experience in the renewable energy sector, projects or industry, ideally in wind or solar.
* Leadership experience in managing interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; good French language skills are an advantage.
* Communicative, responsible, willing to travel abroad, and an advanced user of MS Office.
* Interested in innovative solutions, new technologies, and taking on challenges.
* Entrepreneurship mentality, result and solution oriented.
* Willingness to take on management responsibilities and support the company’s management board in specific tasks assigned to you.
* Advanced experience and knowledge in contract preparation and negotiation. Strong network in the RE Industry with private & government institutions.
