About the Job The Isolated Converters group develops Isolated current sensing solutions for different high voltage applications like Automotive Electric Vehicles, Industrial Motor drives and high voltage AC/DC grid applications. The system engineering team identifies and defines the new products for the group based on the customer feedbacks and the IP availability. Systems team also supports design in activities for new products at various customers. As a System Engineering Intern you will be part of the global ISC team and helping the team to define next generation isolated sensing solutions. We look for an intern who is available for a 5-6 months internship. Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Analyze sub-systems in automotive, industrial, and computing spaces to identify future trends in high voltage isolated signal chain components - Research and gather customers/end equipment requirements and translate them to IC specifications - Trouble-shoot customer application issues by lab testing, schematic analysis and simulations as necessary - Create technical literature such as datasheets, application notes, user's guides, EVMs etc. - Work closely with design, applications and validation teams to align on the specifications - Evaluate silicon systems (hardware and software) and generate related documentation Why TI? - Engineer your future.
