We are looking for a skilled Business Consultant to join our dynamic team and help our clients optimize their trading operations. As a Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on order management solutions, FIX trading protocols, and connectivity strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams, including product development and implementation, to ensure seamless integration of our solutions into client infrastructures. Your expertise in financial markets, trading workflows, and FIX protocol will be key in delivering value to our clients. Your role and responsibility In this position you will: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their trading workflows and business requirements. Provide strategic guidance on order management solutions, execution strategies, and FIX connectivity. Work closely with product and development teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Manage end-to-end client engagements, from initial consultation to implementation and post-go-live support. Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for OMS adoption and FIX integration. Facilitate client onboarding, system configurations, and troubleshooting as required. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in trading technology. Your experience and profile We are looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or a completed banking apprenticeship or comparable professional training/experience. Ideally 3 years of experience in financial technology, trading solutions, or consultancy roles. Interest in order management systems (OMS), execution management systems (EMS), and FIX protocol. Experience in the financial industry or a strong interest in financial markets. High technical affinity and analytical thinking. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Quick adaptability to different subject matters and business processes. Confident and composed demeanor, even in high-pressure situations. Business-fluent English proficiency.
