Your qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer;


• Strong proficiency in Python programming language, with experience in Polars and Pandas libraries;


• Demonstrated knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques;


• Experience in data engineering, including designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes;


• Strong coding hygiene, performance optimization skills, and ability to design cohesive software architectures;


• Proficiency in Linux system administration and management;


• Excellent level in English.

What to expect

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications, tools, and systems to support financial modeling, analysis, and trading strategies;


• Integrate and automate a variety of datasets to ensure seamless data flow and utilization for operational needs, including margin requirements and trading files;


• Implement quality assurance measures to minimize errors and ensure the accuracy of automated trading processes;


• Work closely with the research team to implement risk models and assist in the development of metrics and dashboards for existing strategies;


• Design and implement scalable and efficient system architectures to support high-frequency trading and other financial operations;


• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes.
