Qualifikationen
Completed studies in engineering, economics or a similar field
Several years of leadership experience, particularly in leading and developing Managers
Ability to inspire and motivate employees
Proven experience in establishing efficient structures and processes
Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented manner
Communication skills and persuasive strength and power
Fluent in German and English
High willingness to travel
Previous experience with a technical service company is an advantage.
