Responsibilites
Overall
* Manage & Develop our Pharmacy DACH customer landscape, growing faster than the market
* Drive fast adoption of winning A+ content, assortment, ratings and reviews, search term optimization, Retail Media Planning, Execution and ongoing Recap with the Customer, Ongoing analyze ex-Pos Activities and adapted actual and future activity plans on major DACH+CE eCom Customers
* Continuously develop and expand your capabilities, drive best-practice sharing within Karo Healthcare local & global, Identification of new trends & Innovations
* Based on the brand strategy, Perfect Execution of NPDs by the Pharmacy Customers, Adaptation of strategies to different target groups
* Generate Activities concepts in close cooperation with the Brand Manager (Local & Global Marketing) and the Pharma Wholesal Key Account Mgmt.
* Regular Meetings and present the Ongoing Working-Stream for the Activity-Plans and Execution Topics for the Pharmacy-Sektor (B&M).
* Single Point of Contact for Internal Pharmacy Reporting, Customers and Activity Reviews, Regularly review
* Budgeting, planning and controlling of customer and brand specific strategies
* General project mgmt. To support Sales & Marketing
Detail
* Establish Category Leadership
* You analyse the presence of the Karo Healthcare brands in the Pharmacy, based on IQVIA Data and Internal Data. Drive targeted initiatives for improvement.
* You use Pharmacy category and shopper insights to continuously improve activation plans and thereby establish Karo HC as category market share leader in the Pharmacy Stores.
* Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Business Insights & Reporting
* You are responsible for monitoring and delivering the Pharmacy's sales and profit. You are also responsible for analysing Pharmacy campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness and optimize investments.
* Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.
Shopper Insights
* Implementation of initial market research projects for the Pharmacy, from conception to analysis, preparation and interpretation of the study results as well as presentation at customer meetings.
Cross-Functional Partnerships
* In cross-functional national/international cooperation with key account management, brand management and trade marketing, you will develop solutions that are tailored to our customers and at the same time fit in with our strategic priorities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
* Proven experience in the OTC/FMCG pharmacy environment.
* Demonstrated success in tactical pharmacy initiatives.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of consumer goods P&L management and influencing factors.
* Solid grasp of category analysis and identification of key category drivers.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in the Healthcare OTC, FMCG, and Beauty Care sectors.
* Previous roles in Trade Marketing or Digital Marketing.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
