Now we are searching for a CRM Specialist to join the Global Marketing Automation team where your primary goal will be to increase engagement across lifecycle stages for Wolt+ .
What is Wolt+?
Wolt+ is our monthly subscription service offering zero delivery fees on orders from eligible restaurants and stores – along with exclusive offers just for Wolt+ members.
As a CRM Specialist at Wolt focusing on Wolt+, your mission is to drive sign-ups and loyalty among our customers by implementing and championing our CRM strategy across all 21 Wolt+ markets (still growing).
You will take on the responsibility of managing the localization process, executing global campaigns, crafting A/B tests, and conducting comprehensive campaign performance analysis.
What you’ll be doing
* Work closely with the CRM Manager to execute and refine the Global Wolt+ lifecycle strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Develop and implement global seasonal CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging .
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of campaign execution, collaborating with key stakeholders on planning, content creation, creative development, localization, and performance analysis .
* Continuously optimize CRM campaigns using data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and re-engagement.
* Design and run A/B tests to gather actionable insights, driving the development of future campaigns that maximize customer impact.
* Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, providing clear campaign performance analysis and reporting.
* Act as a trusted advisor to local markets, providing strategic guidance and support on CRM initiatives to drive regional success.
Qualifications
* You have tenor experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), preferably within subscription-based services, eCommerce, technology, or a related industry.
* Experience in setting up and executing automated lifecycle campaigns, as well as ad hoc marketing initiatives.
* Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and build dashboards for campaign performance tracking.
* Experience in crafting communication plans tailored for various marketing channels.
* Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Hands-on experience with CRM and campaign management tools such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce, Clevertap, or Leanplum .
* Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or eCommerce is a plus but not required.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker is preferred.
