As a Senior Product Manager in the Measurement & Steering team of the Performance Marketing department, you'll collaborate closely with applied/data scientists, engineers, and analysts to build the best marketing measurement and investment steering solutions in Europe. You will have full ownership and autonomy to identify problems, shape strategies, and drive innovation in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment. WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) Define & Execute Product Strategy – Break down complex challenges from commercial, legal, and technical perspectives to design a strong product roadmap. Develop Cutting-Edge Solutions – Build advanced measurement & investment steering products that estimate the long-term impact of marketing efforts and optimize investment decisions. Drive Execution & Remove Roadblocks – Set clear objectives, align priorities, and ensure smooth delivery of high-impact products. Translate Complexity into Clarity – Structure complex topics into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF 3 years of product management experience, driving product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams of applied/data scientists and engineers. Strong analytical mindset with experience/knowledge in statistics and/or causal inference and/or econometrics. Data-driven decision-making skills – Ability to analyze complex data, validate assumptions, and make evidence-based recommendations. Technical fluency – Comfortable discussing technical concepts, making trade-offs, and evaluating new ideas in collaboration with engineers and applied/data scientists.
