We are looking for a communicative, organized, and problem-solving CUSTOMER SUCCESS CONSULTANT skilled in Project Coordination to assume a hybrid position at SafeStart Europe.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum a 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, technical support, and project management/ coordinator role. He/she must be a motivated individual who is technical, have experience in software implementation and have excellent organisational/project management skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position reports jointly to the Global Manager of Customer Success and the Sales Director in Europe.
As a Costumer Success for YOUFactors, he/she must have a passion for technology, in order to assist the clients with planning, implementation and configuration of our mobile app and cloud-based solution. The candidate will provide product and implementation expertise as work with clients to understand their business requirement, guiding them in their learning journey.
The candidate will be expected to work remotely, ensuring efficient communication and a smooth, on-time project execution as a Project Coordinator. Also must have project management acumen, ensure optimal resources and time planning.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
* Ensure timely and clear communication between all project’s stakeholders (Account Manager, Consultants, Client) and being the primary contact for the client’s Project Manager.
* Schedule project implementation and assign tasks to team members and track their progress whilst monitoring deadlines and ensuring to meet milestones and client satisfaction.
* Ensure timely submission and approval of financial documents, i.e. also coordinate with vendors for purchase orders and invoice approvals.
* Organize and maintain project documentation (e.g., meeting notes, reports, contracts), schedule and coordinate client project meetings and workshops.
* Prepare and distribute regular status updates and reports related to the project budget, expenditures and project development.
Technical Implementation (Customer Success):
* Guide clients through implementation from start to finish, ensuring YOUFactors is configured to support client business requirements.
* Facilitate in onboarding and customer success workshops both on a virtual and face-to-face setting to the client.
* Assist clients with resolving technical issues from initial troubleshooting to escalating to internal teams (also get feedback from clients on how the solution can be improved).
Process Improvement:
* Assist in creating and setting up both project management and implementation processes/tools to be used across different groups.
* Assist in developing documentations/best practice recommendations and help guides to support project management and client implementation.
* Gather requirements and assist in creating a Scope of Work (SOW) document for client enhancement or service requests.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
* 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, technical support, and project administration or coordination role.
* German or French speaking whereas one of them being his/ her native language and the other bilingual/ proficient for doing business in. Fluent English is mandatory, and Italian and/ or Spanish would be a plus.
* Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) implementation and facilitating virtual/face-to-face training. Technical writing is a plus.
* Experience managing the entire project cycle, including coordination of tasks and timeline, optimisation of resources, handling the necessary documentation and the generating status reports/ follow-up activities.
* Knowledge on projects and risk management, with capacity of identifying and mitigating project risks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management programs and CRM tools (we use Zoho).
* Self-starter, able to accomplish a task from beginning to end with minimum supervision.
* Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of an organisation, with all types of stakeholders.
* Understanding of the occupational health and safety area. Working knowledge of EH&S concepts and terminologies is a plus.
* Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines demonstrating professional and business acumen.
