And we’re looking for more talented and committed people to join us on our journey ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel - German Qualified (m/d/f) to join our team and be part of our continued success and growth. Ideally this role will be based in Berlin or Munich and will report directly to our Chief Legal Officer. WHAT YOU´LL DO Provide business oriented legal advice to Pliant Group in areas of corporate & commercial law, payment transactions, credit, financial supervisory and IT/IP, including the introduction of new products Draft, review and amend contracts for customers, partners and suppliers in German and English Negotiate and defend Pliant’s contracting positions, and find non-standard solutions where necessary, to achieve successful outcomes Advise and work closely with onboarding functions where required to ensure that the customer service offering across Pliant onboarding is seamless Close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Credit and Operational Risk, Compliance, Finance and other business functions.
