Responsibilities: In this role, you will execute a systematic process of discovering, analyzing and providing solutions that support business goals and strategic objectives. You will be the single point of continuity between the business and Enterprise Learning and manage multiple complex projects at one time. You will coordinate and oversee the training program for new associates within their assigned business unit. Acting as Academy Training Lead you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining instructor-led content (in partnership with the business unit), delivering instructor-led (virtual and/or onsite) functional, technical, and or/soft skill training for all German locations. This role also partners with the business units in evaluating effectiveness of the Academy program and evaluating overall performance of Academy participants. Minimum Qualifications - Education - bachelor's degree with major area of concentration in Training, Education, Human Resource, Business, other related fields. - Experience - Five years' experience in learning and/or human performance improvement projects - Other Skills and Abilities - Bilingual language skills are a plus, German preferred Required Skills/Abilities: - Sound understanding in learning instructional design, delivery, and evaluation for audiences at all levels. - Proven track record for planning, executing, and closing projects - Ability to interface with and present to all levels of the organization - Ability to manage across formal organizational lines - Proven ability to analyze and summarize complex data to drive business decisions - Collaborative approach to work - Englisch fluently A little about ADP: We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
