Your responsibilities
* Management of the Technical Support Department at our facility in Bad Kreuznach
* Responsibility for defining spare part and conversion packages
* Optimization of the spare parts inventory in collaboration with the disposition department
* Strategic discontinuation management
* Technical elaboration of conversion offers and plausibility checks of conversion orders
* Development of service products in coordination with our product centers
* Preparation of presentations and their internal and external communication, especially regarding conversions
* Project-related customer consultations
* Supporting the automation of core processes
* Strategic development of the Technical Support Department
Your profile
* Technical degree and several years of professional experience in a leadership position
* Extensive knowledge of filling and process technologies
* A very good understanding of economic and technical relationships
* The ability of interdisciplinary and intercultural thinking and acting
* Fluent German and English, an additional foreign language would be an advantage
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a goal-oriented mindset
* Willingness to travel worldwide
