About the Job:
HARMAN AutoOne is a product engineering platform that combines our automotive product portfolio into a seamless user experience. We run a global concept car fleet and test system pool for end-to-end product development including full system integration and validation.
You are a passionate automotive program management professional, who is enthusiastic about vehicle-level system integration and wants to define the future in-cabin user experience.
Join our AutoOne team as Senior Program Manager and become a key player in implementing our automotive product strategy. You will manage the development and evolution of our product engineering and validation vehicle platform. You will coordinate the integration of our automotive product portfolio, including cockpit, sound, mixed reality, connectivity, driver assistance, and cloud service solutions. Working with product management, architecture, design, fabrication, system integration and validation, you will oversee the implementation of a mature, holistic, and compelling in-cabin user experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Development and execution of the global reference car program
2. Planning and coordination of product roadmaps and product integration incl. process development and optimization
3. Manage architecture, design, fabrication, and system validation
4. Run design and user testing campaigns
5. Requirements, change, and issue management process development and execution
6. Interface to product management, marketing, and engineering
Minimum Qualifications:
7. University degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent practical experience
8. 12 years industry experience including 5 years program or line management experience
9. Ability to manage large multifunctional teams in worldwide locations
10. Automotive product and system integration experience
11. Good communication skills and ability to motivate and to resolve conflicts
Preferred Qualifications:
12. Project and product management experience
13. Automotive domain knowledge e.g. Cockpit, Audio, Connectivity, ADAS, Cloud)

14. Be willing to travel up to 20% of domestic and international travel
