Your responsibilities:
1. Systematic coordination of events and conferences for both internal users and external guests
2. Advising event organizers regarding concept and feasibility
3. Assisting in budget planning and monitoring
4. Administrating event venues and facilities on campus
5. Interfacing between event organizers and relevant departments
6. Overseeing of all logistical and technical aspects and support crews
7. Assisting in marketing and promotion of events and facilities
8. Collaboration with Infrastructure and Housing for conference accommodations
9. Monitoring of compliance with milestones and quality control
10. Developing and improving processes and workflows of event and conference support systems
Your qualifications:
11. A proven experience in event and conference management
12. Passionate about working intensively in an international educational environment
13. Highly organized, self-motivated
14. Creative problem solve in pressure situations
15. Flexible schedule to support some events on weekends and on weekday evenings
16. Good interpersonal and intercultural skills
17. Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
