Head of Procurement (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities are as follows:
* Leading and developing the Procurement Team of the HARTMANN Business Division Disinfection (DI)
* Defines and coordinates global Procurement category strategy in line with the Disinfection strategy and supporting strategic decisions on future Business Division procucts, innovations and global supply
* Responsible and accountable for global category management of strategic raw material, traded goods and indirect procurement categories (in coordination with Indirect Procurement)
* Manages supplier relations and escalates potential supply risks with regards to business interruption and strategic supply base development
* Continuously imprives global Supplier Agreements and Supplier Reationship Management in his/her area of responsibility
* Develops people and coordinates procurement team performances according to global KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
* Further develops and trains team competences and methods
Job skills and qualifications:
* Master's degree in business, management, logistics, or a related fiel
* 10 years of industrial related Procurement experience with at least 4 years in a (multicultural) supervisory role
* Result-oriented, metrics-driven leader
* Solid analytical, category management and project sourcing skills
* Strong communication skills in German and English
