Group Performance Steering (GPS) is a central holding department in Allianz SE and reports directly to the Group CFO. We strive to be a best practice TEAM in terms of collaboration and focus on our customersâ needs, trusted and recognized for our competence and excellence. As GPS we are acting as the guardians of performance and value creation for Allianz SE across all countries. The role stretches from finance and steering to strategy and operations, allowing comprehensive insights into strategically relevant topics during the management dialogues. From sales to claims you will get meaningful insights in activities along the full value chain of our insurance companies, transversal responsibilities and global projects. How can you make an impact? Work closely with country managers of different operating entities and regions Assisting the team in preparing the quarterly peer report for Allianz Group top management Assist in managing key finance related interactions with the operating entity/subsidiary/region Help creating transparency of organizational costs, challenging spend and driving Allianz productivity agenda Participate in group projects and initiatives with other Group Centers and/or operating entities/subsidiaries Help in providing analytics and preparing regular and/or ad hoc reports You will work independently with guidance from experienced team members What are you made of? Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance or economics Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required; additional language skills a plus We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents: Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year) Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens).
