Job Description After your induction, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and conducting customer training courses, seminars and online courses for various thermal analysis methods, primarily Simultaneous Thermal Analysis (STA), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), together with your colleagues in the NETZSCH Academy department. You will impart product and application-specific knowledge to our customers in courses and carry out demonstrations on site at the customer's premises or in our application laboratories in Selb as well as at internal and external seminars and webinars. If required, you will support the application laboratory during customer visits and contract measurements. You will deal with inquiries from our customers, sales offices and sales partners regarding the use, handling and interpretation of measurement results. In cooperation with our application laboratory, you will play a key role in the targeted exchange of information with our Research & Development department for the further development of our devices. You will prepare application notes and scientific publications for specialist journals. You will represent NETZSCH Analyzing and Testing at trade fairs and conferences, occasionally also with technical presentations.
