How you will contribute The Customer Director: is accountable for the delivery of MDLZ revenue and profit targets within the customer set up, including pricing leads the strategic collaboration agenda with customer and nurtures the partnership drives & organises the collaboration of all MDLZ functions (Mkt, Finance, CS&L, sustainability,u2026) within the customer framework. prepares & aligns international negotiations with Central Sales & key markets leads a team of 10 people, including Key Account, Customer Category Development and Customer Insights is a member of the DE Sales Leadership team What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Negotiating and influencing skills 15-20 years of FMCG experience in commercial roles (Sales required, Marketing / CP&A / CS&L on top preferable) A university degree in Sales, Marketing or Management (or equivalent educational, qualification) Leadership: leading through vision & strategy; leading a multi-functional team (direct & indirect leadership) Language requirements: fluency in German and English Relocation Support Available?
