What makes it exciting As a Key Account Manager, your focus will be on driving sales and revenue growth with Labforward’s top clients. This role goes beyond traditional sales: you’ll need to have experience and understand your clients’ workflows, processes, and challenges to provide solutions that drive measurable ROI. What you'll do Drive Sales Growth: Own revenue targets for assigned accounts, delivering consistent growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Identify opportunities to expand Laboperator adoption across client organizations. Negotiate contracts and pricing strategies to optimize profitability while ensuring value for clients. Strategic Account Management: Be the primary point of contact for top clients, developing and executing account plans to achieve measurable results. Build long-term relationships with decision-makers to ensure account retention and loyalty. Value-Driven Solution Selling: Position Laboperator as the ultimate solution to client challenges, demonstrating clear ROI and value. Leverage data analytics to uncover sales opportunities and proactively address client needs. Market Leadership and Visibility: Represent Labforward at trade shows and conferences, strengthening client relationships and promoting Laboperator’s value. Provide insights to internal teams about market trends and client needs to drive product enhancements. What we’re looking for We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building client relationships and closing deals. Must-Have Skills: 5 years in B2B Key Account Management, SaaS sales, or consultative selling with a focus on driving revenue. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales metrics like ARR, NRR, and churn. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Preferred Traits: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a relentless focus on achieving sales results. Strategic thinker who can balance short-term wins with long-term account growth.
