Tasks & responsibilities - In your new role you will design the strategy and define the strategic goals of the entire market channel pillar. - Furthermore, you will drive the global change management of the entire go-to-market channel capabilities around the world, as well as the necessity to work with Enabling functions to deliver on Animal Health specificities. - You will ensure Customer/ Channel requirements are well understood to prioritise and drive Global IT roadmaps. - In addition, you will set and drive governance frameworks and standards that are commercially viable for both Boehringer Ingelheim and its partners. - Also, you will ensure Capabilities (People, Process & Technology) are deployed and driven to a mature status, and also handle budget and resource allocation of market channels. - Finally, you will lead and develop the organizational design and the team of channel excellence managers. Requirements - Master's Degree and long term experience in diverse Customer Facing Execution roles and in Channel Execution in a (R)OPU and Corporate - Extended experience in People Management and talent development - International exposure in daily business related to the capabilities in scope and experience working in a global team setup - Ability to negotiate and influence across a matrix & cross-functional organization - Fluency in oral and written English; further language skills would be an asset - Strong contact and communication skills, good networker and mental agility - Willingness to travel (max 20% of working time) Ready to contact us??
