Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities: Technical and disciplinary management of the advance development department and the test field Global responsibility for the Technology Innovation Process (TIP) in the Fluid Power Industry (FPI) lead center Management and coordination of innovation projects (e.g. new applications such as H2 compressors and digital business) Development of new product lines that promote global growth and competitiveness Collaboration on the lead center innovation and product strategy Identification and evaluation of innovation trends Representing the lead center to customers, at specialist conferences, in publications and before international committees Qualifications: Completed studies in mechanical engineering (Dipl.-Ing./Master) At least 5 years of experience in development and design and sound knowledge of thermoplastic materials (product layout/design) Excellent German and English language skills (C1) Good-to-have Leadership experience in employee development and management Experience in hydraulic applications or linear actuators Experience in testing hydraulic components Project management skills and application of LEAN and Six Sigma The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
