This role is pivotal in managing backend systems, ERP implementations, and business intelligence tools to support the company’s growth across international markets. Key Responsibilities
Technical Infrastructure Management
* Oversee and maintain backend systems, ensuring high performance and security.
* Manage integrations between technology platforms to streamline operations.
ERP Implementation and Optimisation
* Lead the implementation of ERP systems tailored to eCommerce needs.
* Ensure systems are updated and optimised for scalability and operational efficiency.
Business Intelligence Systems
* Design and maintain the BI stack, delivering actionable insights for decision-making.
* Create dashboards and reports to track performance and support strategic goals.
IT Support and Tech Stack Development
* Provide day-to-day IT support and resolve technical issues across teams.
* Maintain and enhance the eCommerce tech stack, ensuring it scales with business growth.
Collaboration and Training
* Partner with cross-functional teams to address technical needs and improve processes.
* Train staff on new systems, fostering innovation and technological excellence.
What They’re Looking For
* Experience: 5–10 years in IT management roles, ideally in eCommerce or similar industries.
* ERP Expertise: Proven success in implementing and optimising ERP systems.
* Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of backend systems, BI tools, and IT infrastructure.
* Problem-Solving: Analytical and proactive in resolving technical challenges.
* Languages: Fluent in German and English.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
