* Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.
* Guide the team's research and analysis across ranking topics like employee experience, talent trends, workplace culture, and diversity & inclusion.
* Drive ranking creation and insights generation through rigorous methodologies and storytelling that resonates with media partners, readers and clients alike.
* Refine methodologies and concepts for ranking projects with a strong focus on relevance and impact.
* Present findings in a compelling way—whether through internal strategy decks, external publications, or client meetings.
* Actively contribute to the evolution of our content strategy by identifying emerging trends and thought leadership opportunities.
• A strategic thinker with a background in business, economics, sociology, psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in research, people analytics, or market insights, ideally with exposure to HR or workforce-related topics. Leadership experience is an advantage.
• A natural communicator—skilled in distilling complex findings into clear, actionable narratives.
• Experienced in coaching or mentoring analysts and leading data driven projects.
• Confident presenting to internal and external stakeholders, with a consultative mindset and professional presence.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are advantageous.
