Someone who can focus on leveraging deep customer insight and has the ability to work with a powerful arsenal of data, tools & analytics to inspire revolutionary thinking in all aspects of marketing, sales, and pricing. An additional understanding of the landscape with Technology, Data science & AI, Operations practices is needed. The focus shall be on combining this spectrum of product, technology, insight, and marketing. The person shall be able to both lead the team and drive operational focus to acquire more customers to the subscription model.The role will be a core member of the Marketing team and Digital Sales.Your day to day funManaging, optimising, and developing our channels with a focus on performance marketing.Applying data-driven insights to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.Leading the team to allocate, invest, and optimise the performance marketing budget across all channels, including maximising customer acquisition, customer retention, and conversion rate.Carrying out the identification, exploration, and integration of new opportunities, channels, and strategies to drive user acquisition.Working closely with different stakeholders in the organisation, including local and international markets and regions, to achieve company goals and expectations.Collaborating with the team to drive creative development and execution of high-performing campaigns and innovative assets.Ensuring innovative customer experiences on our digital channels.Ensuring consistent testing and learning to optimise consumer journeys with relevant personalised content, seeking to improve conversion.Equipping the organisation in required reporting and analytics to facilitate full evaluation of campaigns, and provide business sales forecasting built around customer metrics.What you bring with youWe believe that you have:Full professional proficiency in English.+5 years of experience working in retail and/or D2C environment and digital advertising, especially in Google Ads, Funnel IO, Facebook, and Google Analytics.Deep knowledge of analysing, interpreting, and reporting performance marketing KPIs and understanding how to achieve business objectives.Experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), Paid Social, display, and price comparison sites.Knowledge and proven track record of successfully performance marketing campaigns.Team management and team development skills.The ability to both work with strategy and operational tasks.Analytical skills and working in BI and Excel is a must.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to increase growth and profitability of brands.Subscription service or app experience.Experience from high-growth, scale-up companies is a plus.Being part of a hard-working, fun, and humble team.A position where you will have room to grow in your career.Being a vital part of a micromobility start-up, with rapid growth and global ambitions.Ready to join?
