»Your tasks:
1. Needs analysis and training concepts: You will determine the training and development needs for regional and local teams. Based on these findings, you will develop individual training measures for different target groups.
2. Feedback and performance: You are responsible for the annual feedback and performance process. You will support managers in assessing performance and promote the continuous development of employees.
3. Change management: You initiate and support change management activities and projects. You will work closely with the regional HR manager to successfully implement the HR strategy.
4. Post-merger integration: You manage and support integration processes following company mergers.
5. HR projects and moderation: You will be actively involved in interdisciplinary HR projects and moderate international meetings and workshops.
6. HR analyses and reporting: You carry out HR analyses and create meaningful reports to support strategic decisions.
7. Talent management: You develop and implement global talent management strategies to attract, retain and develop the best talent.
» Your profile:
8. Education and experience: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, education, business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification. At least three years of practical experience in human resources or change management in an international environment is desirable.
9. Training and communication: You have experience in conducting training sessions for different target groups and are proficient in a wide range of training methods. Your communication skills are strong in German and English.
10. Methodological competence: You are well-versed in project and change management and can approach complex processes in a structured manner.
11. Flexibility: You are willing to travel occasionally within Western Europe.
