TheImplementation Manager for the Journal Editorial Office (JEO) willoversee the effective management, quality assurance, and strategicdirection of JEO services. This includes defining and managingservice level agreements (SLAs), collaborating with externalservice providers, and implementing policies related to editorialoffice activities. The role combines operational oversight,strategic planning, and policy implementation to ensure the higheststandards in editorial office services.
Alongside the existing Implementation Manager,you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition andexecution of editorial office initiatives, processes, and projects.This position requires a combination of project management,stakeholder coordination, and operational expertise to support thepublishing workflows and strategic goals of theorganization.
You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial staff,production, technology, and external partners, to deliverhigh-quality results that align with the company's mission andobjectives.
