Conduct human factors research with AI-based collaborative systems and evaluate system usability and user experience. Investigate user mental models and develop explainable, user-friendly AI interfaces that foster joint task performance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to research and integrate responsible AI principles into your work. Publish research findings, secure public funding for cutting-edge projects, contribute to global collaborations and run academic courses. Your profile You hold a master's degree in computer science, psychology, human-computer interaction or a related field. You have a strong background in user experience design, affective computing, assistive computing, and user mental models. You have a strong research skills, including data collection, user interviews and qualitative and quantitative data analysis You are experienced in developing multimodal explainable AI interfaces and/or automotive user interfaces. You’re interested in building collaborative systems that enhance human-machine teamwork. (you can apply responsible AI principles? Bonus points).
