* As Manager Global Client Success & Delivery you will be responsible for:
o Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor and develop a team of Client Success Managers and Service Delivery Managers, as well as the Team Manager Global Client Operations fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture. Provide guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to enhance team performance.
o Client Success Strategy: Drive client success initiatives, ensuring clients receive maximum value from our hardware, solutions and services. Develop and refine strategies to optimize client outcomes, engagement, and satisfaction across the client journey.
o Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee service delivery operations for high-touch clients, ensuring efficient, reliable, and timely service fulfillment. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues, improve processes, and maintain high service standards.
o Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals, pain points, and evolving needs. Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, working to resolve challenges effectively.
o Performance Management: Set and monitor team goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs). Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams across the NOCs to ensure alignment in client strategies, service delivery, and account growth. Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience.
o Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve client engagement, and drive efficiencies. Lead initiatives that enhance service delivery quality and client satisfaction.

* With all this, you also enjoy flexibility of place and time. Mobile working is part of our culture. Business travel accounts for approx. 30%.
* Ideally, you have a university degree in business administration or a related field with a high affinity for IT.
* You have at least 3 years experience in a leadership or team management role with a proven track record and at least 5 years' experience in customer success, service delivery or account management.
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with high touch global organizations.
* You have the ability to work in international, cross-functional teams and have a high level of process orientation, initiative and leadership skills.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Knowledge of ITIL / Prince2 completes your profile.
* You fill your large scope for creativity - in the varied tasks of your position you playfully switch between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player.
* You get along well with different characters. Eye level is your favourite language.
* You are business fluent in English.
* You have a class B driving licence and are willing to travel throughout Europe.
