As a Retail Management Trainee, during our 18-month program you will be comprehensively prepared for a fast-track management career in international travel retail. During the program you will:
* be assigned to various national and international airport retail locations, such as Frankfurt, Copenhagen or Sydney, and get to know our business from the ground up
* take responsibility for your own projects and master a variety of challenges at home and abroad, as well as working at our headquarters in Hamburg and central interfaces, e.g. in our logistics centers, in a series of stations that build on each other
* offering travelers an unforgettable shopping experience, turning them into loyal customers and inspiring them in the long term
* always being approachable for customers and employees, ensuring that decisions are made quickly and optimal solutions are found
* challenge the status quo and drive innovation to reach the next level of customer service and employee satisfaction

Preferred Profile
Your task is demanding. That's why we are, too, when it comes to selecting applicants. That's why we are looking for:
* a Bachelor's degree or comparable training in retail or in a customer-oriented field
* fluent in German and English and ideally in another foreign language
* active commitment and a lot of passion on the sales floor, because you are passionate about sales and want to achieve top performance together with your team
* enthusiasm for our customers at the point of sale and an eye for their needs
* independent decision-making and someone who wants to successfully drive our business forward
* mobility and a willingness to travel for worldwide assignments
