As Project Retrofit Manager, you will work in the Project Management team, reporting to the Project Director. You will lead a cross-functional team ensuring the implementation of changes and retrofit in time, quuality and cost, and will play a key role in delivering the key project Milestones.
Objective:
* Full responsibility for implementation of changes/retrofits in time and quality
* Coordinate a crossfunctional retrofit team to ensure on time execution of changes
* Re-loop with production and PrOM/COO to ensure that the retrofit planning is respected or adjusted
* Coordinate with the PrQSM/Supplier Quality for changes to be executed by the Joint Venture, Participating Units, Suppliers
* Report on execution of changes at CCB-I
* Coordinate the creation of Retrofit BOM & Work Instructions
* Guarantee the presence of industrial means and access for retrofit execution
* Ensure manufacturing competency requirement to execute changes
* Ensure that the rank of application as decided in CCB is reflected in ERP BOM
* Ensuring the coverage of material needed for each change (status On Hand in the warehouse)
* Give priority to the procurement & material planning team on the critical parts
* Escalate to PrOM/COO when there is conflict on part attribution between serial and retrofit activities
* Be in charge of impacts on critical characteristics included in control plan, controls to be re-performed following the GO of changes and eventual new controls to be added to the control plan
* Support decision on material disposition and follow up execution
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Experience in Project Operations and/or Quality and/or Configuration and Change Management
* Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferably in Engineering or Business administration/management
* Competence in the Microsoft Office suite, SAP/GSI
* Interest in learning / ability to work with different tools
* Fluent English
* Advanced/Fluent German highly beneficial
