Your Role
1. Develop and provide a comprehensive know-how for the system architecture, technical configuration, hard- and software components, functionality, and quality characteristics of existing and future products of the business segment sector
2. Develop and provide knowledge along different activity process types as regulatory processes, quality problem solving, obsolescence events, and cost down projects
3. Manage quality, and capacity planning for the Lifecycle Engineering department
4. Take responsibility on critical incidents or issues constituting economic risks and provides reports on critical situations as needed
5. Understand customer and internal stakeholder needs and expectations and translate this knowledge into effective decisions
Your Profile
6. Degree in physics, science or engineering, PhD is an advantage
7. Minimum of 5 years of experience of leadership functions in R&D of comparable products within medical and electrical engineering context
8. Leadership experience with teams above 5 persons
9. Embedded software knowledge is an advantage and as well as understanding of regulation topics is an advantage managing external partners
10. Fluent in English high degree of leadership skills (people management, network maintenance) and customer orientation methodically knowledge
