Your Responsibilities
* Increase sales by opening new accounts and enhancing business with existing customers.
* Lead and coordinate all sales activities to obtain maximum efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
* Actively support designed customers through regular customer visits, presentations, and negotiations.
* Cooperate with Advantest worldwide to support the development and implementation of global solutions.
* Keep abreast with sales trends and market development, adapting and implementing necessary actions in consensus with Director Sales & Marketing.
* Contribute as a member of the Advantest team to the overall goals of our company.
Your Qualifications
* Degree in Microelectronics/Electronics/Semiconductor Manufacturing/Automation or similar.
* Relevant semiconductor experience preferable in the ATE business.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Capable of cross-cultural leadership activities.
* Communicative and team-oriented.
* Motivational and organizational skills.
* Ability to travel up to 70% frequently in Europe and overseas, including short-notice trips.
