At our Training Academy in Bremen we are looking for a Trainer MALDI Imaging Solutions (m/f/d). In your role as Trainer MALDI Imaging Solutions (m/f/d) you will provide basic and advanced customer trainings for our MALDI Imaging solutions including all hard- and software. Main focus is on the timsTOF fleX, MALDI TOF and MRMS instrument platforms. Sample preparation including matrix application are a pivotal part of the workflows as well as the data analysis with Bruker's SCiLS software suite.The area of responsibility includes customers in Europe as well as occasionally service colleagues worldwide Perform basic and advanced customer application trainings for our MALDI Imaging solutions primarily based on timsTOF fleX, MALDI TOF and MRMS instrument platforms with introduction to all software packages delivered, both in Bremen and at the customer site Generation and continous improvement of training materials; Further development of virtual training formats Close cooperation with the adjacent departments, e.g. sales, development and imaging business unit - for fast adaptation of e.g. new workflows into the training curriculum Occasional application focused trainings for field service engineers Occasional participation in user meetings and conferences Practical experience in the use of mass spectrometry instruments University degree in the field of life sciences, chemistry, instrument-based analytics or similar education Joy in teaching with the ability to handle different experience levels Interest in biochemical/analytical research fields to understand customer's requests Very good communication skills and personal charisma with integrity to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues worldwide High self-motivation and the willingness to work in a global team and contribute to a common goal Structured, accurate mode of operation and solution driven mentality Good organizational talent with the ability to flexibly work on several tasks with different priorities Business thinking and reliability Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
