To support our strong international ambitions, we are creating a new role of Director of International Sales. This position is central to accelerating our commercial presence across key international markets and to building a unified sales strategy for all Business Units.
Job Description
What you will do with us :
As Director of International Sales, your mission is to lead and energize our international sales team, support market development, and act as the voice of our global customers.
Your scope will span across:
* Developing international markets in Latin America, the Middle East (including Saudi Arabia), West Africa, Benelux, Nordics, Southeast Asia, and Oceania,
* Structuring and coordinating a multi-country sales team, including local hires and external contractors,
* Driving growth in line with our international sales budget, and building long-term strategies to expand our footprint,
* Representing LACROIX at the highest levels with key clients, public utilities and infrastructure stakeholders,
* Collaborating closely with Marketing to influence our product strategy and ensure customer needs shape future innovations,
* Leading sales operations with rigor, aligning with our Business Units’ objectives and developing local business initiatives.

Who you will work with :
You will report directly to the Executive Managing Director of LACROIX Electronics. You will also work in close collaboration with:
* International sales representatives based in France, Germany and abroad,
* Local business development contractors in key markets (e.g., Mexico, KSA),
* Marketing and Product teams to align offers with client expectations,
* International customer success teams and dedicated BU interfaces.
You will play a central role in unifying and energizing a distributed team of around 9 people today — a team that is expected to grow alongside your impact.
Qualifications
The person we are looking for has :
* Strong leadership and presence to represent LACROIX with C-level clients,
* Proven track record in managing international sales teams and delivering results,
* Ability to coach and develop salespeople, and lead through clear objectives,
* Business acumen and understanding of industrial or infrastructure solutions,
* Capacity to represent the customer’s voice internally and influence product strategy,
* Experience in industrial automation or similar fields,
* Background in one or more of our key markets: water, energy, public infrastructure,
* Fluency in English (mandatory), with German or French as a strong asset.
Additional Information
Good to know :
* This job can either be located in France (Vern / Seiche, close to Rennes) or in Germany (Köln).
* Regular international travels will be part of the job and onsite presence is also required.
* LACROIX group home office policy will apply, up to two days a week.
