Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To enable our adidas group talent programs from planning phase through to implementation and program management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the creation of a Program Strategy that supports strategic business initiatives in alignment with the HR Talent Strategy.
* Develop and deliver Talent programs for predefined target group and purpose.
* Integrate with OD/OE team to ensure Talent programs support the cultural direction of the adidas Group.
* Provide optimal customer experience and ensure quality of programs
* Support building a culture of feedback gathering and continuous improvement to ensure programs meet customer and business needs.
* Contribute to establishing a holistic and integrated Talent experience.
* Work with talent partners to define global ‘core’ and ‘non-core’. Deliver core with quality and support incorporate market initiatives where advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Shows understanding of people and organizational development philosophies, methods, etc. and has the knowledge and capability to create and the manage Talent Programs.
* Experience in managing mid-size projects.
* Keen to make a difference through Talent Programs that support individual, team and cultural growth within the adidas Group.
* A good team player with basic management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation and facilitation skills to employees and small groups.
* Fluent English, spoken and written; ideally also fluent German, spoken and written.
* MS-Office skills and experience working with HR Systems (e.g. SAP HR).
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
* University degree or equivalent in the field of Business Administration, HR, Psychology or similar.
* Minimum of 6-7 years progressive work experience in the field of HR preferably in an international organization.
* HR business partner, who supported business partners AND contributed to the further development of standard/global HR tools and programs.
* Has learning or development programs experience.
