The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
* Global Site Support: Assist in coordinating global site setup with a focus on operational functions and construction/ramp-up activities
* Implementing best practices: Support the implementation of best practices across all sites to ensure consistency and efficiency
* Efficient site management: Contribute to the harmonized management of site activities to ensure alignment and effective operation
* Senior Management (Board) Reporting and Analytics: Assisting local teams in preparing, creating and editing reports, analysis, and decision templates for accurate and timely updates to senior management
* Cross-functional alignment and collaboration: Identify and address cross-functional issues for seamless integration between operations and other functions, as well as cross-departmental collaboration to align project goals, ensure standards compliance, and drive process optimization
* Project management and meeting organization: Management of complex international projects and interdisciplinary teams as well as organization and support of meetings and ensuring the implementation of to-dos
What you need for our CELLebration
* Degree in economics, engineering, computer science or comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
* Very strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
* Confident use of data analysis tools and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
* Excellent intercultural competence, communication, negotiation and teamwork skills in an agile working environment
* High level of resilience, flexibility, initiative, structured way of working and focus on results
* Excellent, business-fluent English language skills for our international team
What else can you bring
* Experience with PMO tools or BI software (e.g. Power BI, Primavera)
* Knowledge of Lean Management or Six Sigma
* Willingness to travel internationally required
