The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
* Introduction, analysis, monitoring and assurance of defined standards and processes of all strategic projects outside the headquarters as well as the locations and subsidiaries of PowerCo.
* Preparation, evaluation and preparation of reports, analyses and decision templates for management
* Coordination and follow-up of measures for process and standard transparency, including resource planning, identification of bottlenecks and derivation of measures for process improvement
* Cross-departmental collaboration with internal departments to align project goals, ensure standard compliance, and drive process optimization
* Organization and support of meetings, including minutes and ensuring the implementation of to-dos
* Support in the development and implementation of standards and best practices
* Management of complex international projects and interdisciplinary project teams
What you need for our CELLebration
* Degree in economics, engineering, computer science or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing industry
* Good analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
* Confident use of data analysis tools and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
* Communication and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment
* Resilience and flexibility in an agile working environment
* High degree of initiative, structuring skills and result orientation
What else can you bring
* English language skills at B2 level or higher
* Experience with PMO tools or BI software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
* Knowledge of Lean Management or Six Sigma
* Willingness to travel internationally required
