Define new features and functionality in A/B tests in close collaboration with Customer Journey Analysts, Product Managers and the Design Team. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and optimize the user journey of the designated area with the help of Google Analytics and other tracking tools. Take responsibility of projects from ideation to launch guaranteeing an optimal user experience in collaboration with a group of cross-functional experts. Qualifications CRO Expertise: You’ve got hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization, ideally within e-commerce or digital products. Experience in App optimization is a plus. Data-Driven and Analytical: Numbers are your second language. You can sift through complex data, spot opportunities, and turn insights into strategies that boost performance. You’re confident with A/B and multivariate testing and know how to build an effective experimentation roadmap. Strategic Thinker: You focus on impact and ROI, balancing quick wins with longer-term improvements. You’re not just testing for the sake of it; you’re always tying your work back to the bigger picture. Detail-Oriented and Organized: You’re meticulous, whether it’s setting up an experiment, QAing a test, or documenting results. You’ve also got a knack for juggling multiple projects and keeping them all on track.
