SAP EH&S Expert - German-speaking - Remote We are currently looking for a SAP EH&S Expert work with our client on a fully-remote basis. Candidates need to speak fluent German The project objective is to set up a process supported by digital solutions that ensures compliance with product-related legal requirements. This process set-up will ensure that material compliance regulations adhere to: Activities include: Data collection at the supplier Processing the data in the SAP Material Compliance module, i.e. setting up lists and fields with data requirements Declaration to customers Registering products in the SCIP database Reporting in accordance with the various regulations Data transparency and availability for relevant stakeholders, e.g.: export customs control ECC, EHS, technology and procurement. Identifying and incorporating processes that are not yet in operation to ensure seamless integration with those already running under the SAP S4/HANA system. Establishing integration between the ERP system and existing business-critical systems (e.g. One Supplier Portal, SAP Ariba, Teamcenter and interface to SCIP database and other operational tools), as well as the corresponding template offers. Ensuring compliance with internal compliance guidelines and process standardisation objectives. Conducting knowledge transfer and training sessions for end users to foster adoption and minimise disruptions during the roll-out phase. Facilitating ongoing support and monitoring after go-live to address any potential gaps or optimisation needs. Ensuring that the system setup is aligned between the various business units. Responsibilities: Responsible for the project together with the Business Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert. Planning the project phases, including the specific work packages, and coordinating the project plan with the team leaders, the members of the Business Core Team and all involved stakeholders Covering all standard project management disciplines, including management of the project schedule, detailed work plan, risks, issues, budget, costs, testing and handover. Aligning the overall project schedule with relevant stakeholders, including Business Core Team members, template SPOCs and the SAP template organisation Ensuring the adaptation of the IT infrastructure and managing design approvals in accordance with Agora guidelines. Concluding contracts and coordinating with external partners and consultants to support project activities.
