Your Tasks:
1. You manage and lead all portfolio relevant activities across our Business Unit New Business Areas. Accordingly, you are responsible for standards and efficient monitoring of all ongoing projects.
2. Additionally, you steer, monitor and manage all projects across the Business Unit. You are always up to date to report on the relevant project status.
3. You are proactively improving project management and hold all relevant activities together.
4. Last but not least, you manage and proactively suggest strategies for the Business Unit’s portfolio management. By actively developing the portfolio, you support the decision making processes across the Business Unit.
Your Profile:
5. Qualification: You have a relevant university degree,. in business administration or economics with focus in finance or strategy.
6. Experience and Know-How: Ideally, you have a minimum of 2 years work experience in transactional advisory and consulting. You thrive in fast moving environments and you are eager to develop.
7. Personality: You are a team player with excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as superior interpersonal skills. You are an analytical and conceptual strategic thinker with execution mindset.
8. Working Style: You thrive in both independent and team-oriented work settings. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, sense of initiative and a strong problem-solving approach. You are project management oriented and capable of not losing the big picture view.
9. Languages: Fluent English and good German are essential.
10. Other: You are willing to travel to our Headquarter in Arnsberg-Müschede 1-2 times a month.
