Advise logistics line management in all matters relating to Health & Safety. Be responsible at Group level for the design, implementation and monitoring of the Health & Safety roadmap for Logistics business area.
As a Global Process Owner (m/f/d) Health & Satefy Logistics you will report to the Group Director Health and Safety based in Blieskastel or in Obernai for a permanent contract.

Mission
* Advise logistics line management on Health & Safety matters and act as a business partner for implementing the Hager Group strategy
* Design, implement, and monitor the Group-level Health & Safety roadmap for the Logistics business area, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
* Identify and address Health & Safety risks by conducting maturity audits, assessing deviations, and defining improvement actions
* Develop and deploy standardized processes, tools, and training programs to support local teams and promote good practices
* Build and lead a process community to drive continuous improvement, train key users, and benchmark external good practices
* Coach local managers in the implementation of safety programs
* Ensure compliance with QHS2E policies, facilitate resource availability, and promote continuous improvement of the management system
* Work to ensure Health & Safety risk mitigation measures are applied, engage employees, and oversee process execution
Profile:
* Completed Bachelor´s or Master's degree in natural sciences or engineering or equivalent
* At least 5 years in an industrial cross-functional environment, in a strategic, complex position
* Expertise in Health & Safety management, preferably within a logistics or supply chain context, within an ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 environment
* Strong experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with digital Health & Safety tools and solutions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with QHS2E management systems or similar frameworks
