E-Learning Developer (m/f/d)

Develop E-Learning and blended learning courses and programs for MED-EL employees, sales partners and customers based on the principles of instructional design, adult learning theory, and corporate design guidelines
Work together with different departments and subject matter experts within the company to develop appropriate, clear, and effective content
Oversee E-Learning projects from idea conceptualization to completion in a variety of formats (e.g. photos, videos, screencasts, podcasts, E-Learning modules, audio) with different authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite)
Organize and support various live online training sessions, podcasts and webinars for customers and employees by using web conferencing tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Webex) as well as present on various E-learning activities, projects, plans, and guidelines
Closely collaborate with the team responsible for our corporate learning platforms and jointly work on the maintenance and content management of the system
Your Profile
Bachelor degree or higher degree (University/FH) in a relevant field
Relevant work experience and knowledge of instructional design and content creation with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition as well as Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving and analytical competences as well as ability to manage projects independently
Motivated personality with a well-organized and detail-oriented approach
Excellent written and spoken English skills, further languages are a plus

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 45,068.38.
