Your key responsibilities
1. Building and leading a team of Quotation Managers (f/m/d) that take responsibility for the end to end quotation process from initial RFI, through to quote issuance and revision
2. Develop strategic plans for the implementation and growth of the Quotations team, aligning goals and objectives with those of the wider organisation
3. Ensuring a solid and strong proposal process capable of supporting both the existing business and winning additional business from new clients
4. Provide overarching direction for quotations team to provide a speedy, efficient quoting and contracting process that could lead to a clear competitive advantage
5. Responsible for the evaluation of new business opportunities for Aenova and site assignment
6. Provide a deep understanding of client opportunity requirements, client dynamics and bio-pharmaceutical trends in order to maximize pricing excellence and margin growth
7. Work with the Sales Unit Leaders, Business Cluster Leaders, site General Managers and dedicated legal staff to maximize value and ensure compliance for all client quotes
Your profile
8. Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration or other related field
9. Advanced scientific degree and / or Masters of business administration / commercially orientated degree is advantageous but not essential
10. 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in B2B sales, Business Development or Project Management (pharmaceutical industry is preferred)
11. Thorough understanding of sterile and oral solid-dose manufacturing is a plus
12. Strong leadership skills, client focus and result orientation
13. Distinctive fundamental business skills, ability to appropriately evaluate and structure value creating deals for the business with a strong ability to negotiate those deals
14. Proven ability to organize and plan work and balance multiple priorities in order to effectively meet deadlines
15. Strong communiation skills, fluent in English is a Must
