Tasks & responsibilities - You will be responsible for defining and propelling the strategic objectives of the data and platform pillar forward, ensuring alignment with our broader organizational goals. - Furthermore, you will spearhead transformative changes in data and platform capabilities on a global scale, positioning our company at the forefront of innovation. - Additionally, you will oversee operations and supervise the governance processes that enable the capabilities related to the Global Commercial Business (GCB), ensuring seamless integration and functionality. - A critical aspect of your role will involve managing the budget and the allocation of resources, ensuring optimal use of assets to achieve strategic goals. - You will lead and mentor a team of data and platform experts, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Requirements - Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred - Long term experience in data- and platform strategy in a Corporate and/or Agency - Long term experience in People Management and talent development, as well as leading in a matrix organization - International exposure and experience working in a global team setup - Extensive knowledge of industry go-to-market standards and best practices - Experience in defining and managing end-to-end business processes, developing organizational standards/metrics, implementing technology solutions - Knowledge of the Animal Health industry and its distribution channels, experience in the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry, ideally with country-specific experience, would be advantageous - Fluency in oral and written English Ready to contact us?
