Job Description
We are looking for a SAP Logistics/3PL Consultant to support the integration of third-party logistics within SAP systems as part of a broader digital transformation program. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning business processes, and ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP modules and external logistics providers.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Conduct GAP analysis and lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
* Design and support 3PL integration using EDI, IDoc, and SAP WM functionalities (e.g., Handling Units, batch management, inventory control)
* Collaborate with SAP modules including MM, SD, and LE to ensure end-to-end process integration
* Define business workflows and functional specifications (URS, FS)
* Coordinate testing activities and support cutover planning and data migration
* Liaise with technical teams for solution development and unit testing
* Ensure high-quality documentation and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
* Proven experience in SAP roll-outs within validated pharmaceutical environments
* Strong understanding of the V-Model and GxP compliance
* Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP logistics modules (SD, MM, LE), including configuration and data migration
* Skilled in creating URS documents, defining To-Be processes, and working with tools like Solution Manager, ITEMS, and HP ALM
* Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, training, and end-user support
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities
* Experience leading international project teams and collaborating with third-party providers such as 3PLs
* Comfortable facilitating workshops, trainings, and test sessions onsite
* Proficient in documentation, SOPs, and process design in English
* Advanced Excel skills and a service-oriented mindset
