Role Overview As a Regional Sales Manager Europe at Nanostone, you will be in charge of developing and implementing strategies and plans to maximize penetration into targeted market segments in selected countries within Europe. You will be responsible for identifying promising market opportunities as well as capable local channel partners who can integrate and sell Nanostone’s solution to the end user. You will have overall responsibility for sales strategy development and execution in Europe industrial markets. The Regional Sales Manager Europe will report directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing strategies and plans to maximize penetration into targeted market segments Identifying promising market opportunities and capable local channel partners Overall responsibility for sales strategy development and execution in industrial markets in Europe Participation in trade fairs to increase brand awareness and build a targeted network Sales planning Location – Europe-based individual. Can be primarily a remote position, but would be expected to travel to Halberstadt (Germany) location for 2-3 days at least 2x per quarter. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Sales, Economics or comparable field of study Preferably with >10 years sales experience Seasoned business development executive with strong entrepreneurial drive, commercial and financial acumen and relationship building skills Demonstrated track record of closing business and growing revenues Deep experience in industrial water and wastewater treatment across Europe markets; preferred Membrane sales experience Capable of understanding and selling Nanostone’s value proposition; disciplined to focus on opportunities appropriate for Nanostone’s solution Actively engaged in the field with end users and channel partners Able to work well cross-functionally to leverage Nanostone’s experience and resources Join Us Join us at Nanostone Water, where your expertise meets our passion for making a difference.
