For our location in Greven near Münster, we are looking for an Engineer (m/f/d) BPE / LEAN to start as soon as possible.
YOUR FUTHER ROLL:
In your new role, you will report to the Manager Business Process Excellence Germany (BPE) and act as a point of contact for the responsible department heads with regard to the analysis, planning and optimisation of logistics processes, in particular through:
* You are responsible for recording, analysing and presenting workflows and systematically deriving potential for improvement.
* You are responsible for the planning, implementation and coaching of process optimisation projects (Kaizen).
* You will implement logistical standards, design optimised workflows and implement them.
* You will work actively with the site management to achieve the budgeted cost-saving targets.
* You actively support project implementation and project management.
* You actively liaise with other CEVA locations of the same customer group at home and abroad
THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:
* You have a degree in engineering/economics/logistics or a comparable qualification.
* You already have at least 4 years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally specialising in RETURNS / REVERSE LOGISTICS.
* You are willing to take on management responsibility within a short period of time.
* Ideally, you have already gained experience in the areas of process planning and optimisation.
* You have a good knowledge of common MS Office applications (development or programming skills and a general affinity for IT applications are desirable)
* You communicate fluently in written and spoken German, in combination with a good command of English.
* You have a class B driving licence.
* Your high level of independent and structured work, your high analytical competence and your solution-orientation round off your profile.
