You will: Actively steer compensation management and planning for (senior) employees of Allianz companies in Germany incl. the global holding company (Allianz SE) Analyze and prepare data based on SAP Success Factors Assist in implementing remuneration processes and project coordination Prepare various sorts of documents (presentations, results, summaries) for the operational HR functions and the business Prepare and carry out internal training sessions Processing ad hoc enquiries about remuneration What are you made of? Affinity for data analysis with corresponding prior knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Power BI Add-on, not a must: SAP Success Factors experience Project management experience or willingness to undergo further training desirable Well organized, able to drive topics forward independently, proactive Good knowledge of German and English (interface to Allianz SE and major German Allianz entities ) German does not have to be at native speaker level, but German and English at least at C1 level Enjoy dealing and coordinating with many interface partners Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solutions Do we have what you need?
