The current focus is on the Supply Chain, Quote to Cash and Human Capital process digitalization. Your contribution to our change journey: Develop and implement robust global change management strategies to achieve organizational goals. Develop a toolkit for change management for transformation projects that can be applied by the project managers for each project Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities across various international business processes Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees globally, recommending solutions as needed Lead stakeholder analysis and Communicate change management plans effectively to teammates and key stakeholders globally for understanding and buy-in Develop change impact assessment and training needs analysis.
