Your new job includes
As a working student (m/f/d) in our family-run company, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the work processes of the Advertising & Promotion department. You will support our Advertising & Promotion team (focus on Cruises, Ferries & Diplomats) in day-to-day business. In particular, you will
* Acquire advertising materials (advertisements, product images, logos, marketing texts, promotional videos and banners) from our perfume, cosmetics, accessories and luxury food suppliers
* Maintain media data in the company's internal database and ensure the provision of media data to external partners
* Support the Advertising & Promotion Manager in the creation of acquisition letters and the maintenance of negotiation documents
* Independently create and maintain all relevant data for our pricing activities in the company's own planning tool
* Support the handling of the advertising process for cruise and ferry customers in cooperation with international suppliers and internal interfaces
* Create analyses of e.g. advertising money quotas, advertising effectiveness etc. and maintain contact lists
* Support the creation and adjustment of advertising space plans
Preferred Profile
* Studies in business, marketing or a comparable field
* First practical experience through projects or internships
* Confident use of MS Office and very good written and spoken German and English skills
* A proactive and independent way of working
* An open-minded nature and strong communication skills for working in an international family business that values open and respectful cooperation
