As the Director Supply Chain for our Operational Unit IV Fluids, you will serve as the critical interface between our supply chain operations, in production units, market units and central teams. You will oversee and optimize supply chain performance, ensure service level to MUs manage inventory, and ensure seamless coordination across various functions and regions. This role is pivotal in maintaining product availability and driving process improvements.
Your assignments
1. Primary Supply Chain Contact: Act as the main supply chain liaison for the Operational Unit and Production Units, working closely with regional supply chain and commercial functions
2. Data Consolidation and Coordination: Consolidate supply data from production units and coordinate responses to bottlenecks
3. Multisourcing Coordination: Align multisourcing efforts across the Operational Unit, ensuring consistency with product ownership
4. Operational Performance: Ensure supply chain performance for related production units, focusing on avoiding stockouts delivering the rigth service level and maintaining appropriate stock levels
5. Inventory and Supply Review: cooperte with all the areas involved, assessing and managing inventory deviations and capacity plans
6. Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for inventory improvements and coordinate related initiatives
7. Demand and Capacity Management: Identify gaps between demand and production capacities, document supply gaps, propose solutions, and drive resolution activities
8. Allocation Process Leadership: Play a key role in the allocation process by providing comprehensive information on inventory, production capacities, and commercial needs
9. Lifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycle management, including phase-in and phase-out processes
10. Process Adherence and Monitoring: Ensure adherence to process standards, monitor effectiveness, and maintain KPIs for production planning
11. Business Process and Data Standards: Cooperate in the definition maintenance of business process and data standards for supply planning in collaboration with countries, regions,BUs and supply chain excellence functions
Your profile
12. Industry Expertise: Broad understanding of supply, demand, and/or manufacturing processes within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
13. Process Knowledge: Detailed process know-how in all production planning domains, including S&OP, master scheduling, capacity planning, material requirement planning, scheduling, and shop floor control
14. Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within technical operations for large multinational organizations in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
15. Technical Proficiency: Specific knowledge of production planning processes, controls, and systems, including quality, safety, logistics, asset management, and procurement
16. Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate team members, manage stakeholders, and engage peers with a focus on achieving results collaboratively
